Responsible for overall content structure hierarchy to create and publish engaging content of Microsoft websites (US region) by using AEM 6.5.21.0 version. Localizations Handoff Management: Oversaw the preparation and delivery of content for translation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to localization guidelines. Dynamic Pricing Implementation: Updating pricing module that adjusts in real-time based on demand, competition, and market trends. UHF Implementation on page: Configured and customized Unified Header & Footer within AEM to ensure consistency across digital properties. Take daily calls with the team at the start and end of the shift to discuss daily priorities, issues and challenges, upcoming launches, get-togethers and feedback, and backlogs. Regular co-ordination and interactions over calls and emails on project activities with clients and senior management to ensure error free output. Facilitate retrospection meetings to review issues and errors, identify root causes, and develop actionable plans for improvement. These meetings promote a culture of continuous learning and help prevent future occurrences of similar problems. Provide training to direct reporting staff with coaching to improve performance and to assist in their own development. As a part of Hiring process, involved in determining the criteria for candidates, interviewing top candidates, and then handling the onboarding of the selected candidate. Key project / Launches handled till date. Major Launces: Ignite Launch 2023 & 2024, Power pages, Co-pilot pages, etc. Updating or creating Microsoft pages into new Reimagine pages. Working on AEM migration project by using Gradial tool (GAI).
