Lead on a range of consultancy activities and provide advice and guidance to individuals making direct application for professional recognition and awards. Develop and produce resources and support the peer review processes associated with Fellowships and awards. Provide advice and guidance to institutions submitting for accreditation and support the review process. Contribute to an lead networks and events that support awards and Fellowship services and quality assurance and enhancement of the peer review process. Disseminate and share good practice to the member community and sector in relation to awards and Fellowships. Lead and provide consultancy training and guidance to internal and external audiences. Lead, support and deliver business development activity and maintain specialist knowledge and expertise in the area of the Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF), Advance HE Accreditation, Fellowships, staff and educational development, equality and diversity and academic practice and development. Excellent knowledge of effective teaching and learning practices in a range of global contexts.Excellent knowledge of key trends and developments in the enhancement of the student learning experience in HE both in the UK and globally.Excellent knowledge of the UK Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education.Excellent understanding of Higher Education sector and its policy context
