Strategic planner with proven leadership skills and experience of suggesting & implementing changes in process as well as in technology to improve product quality and yield, and possess an unswerving record of achieving production targets within time & cost parameters. An experienced individual with good people management skill and maintaining harmonious relationship between the union & management. Functioned as a major driver for British Safety Council’s Sword of Honour in Dec’12 and Dupont Safety in 2013 by accomplishments in car plant. For revenue and profitability improvement, led key initiatives like Project 207, Resale improvement, Contribution improvement, Sales improvement for multiple products to create buzz in the market and enhance the VAVE initiative. In last decade I had the opportunity to lead most critical areas & accelerated growth from TCF head, Powertrain Head, Manufacturing –Head, Head - UV Plant Pune, Head - Product Line Operations and currently Head – Product line development. Under my leadership, Recently launched mid cycle enhancement of Harrier and Safari got the highest safety rating of any vehicle in Indian Market which was also the first certification provided by BNCAP for Indian Auto industry.
