Working as a Sr. technical recruiter that involve various functions i.e. Sales, US Office Accounting, Inside Sales, US Hiring, HR Support and Data Collection work. New process design and understanding the changing market requirement and document the same for team members. Managing the operations to agreed SLAs and quality standards.
