I am an analytical, responsive and pragmatic leader within the HR systems and HR shared services area. Driving process optimisation, business improvement initiatives and best practice development, I take full overview and ensure excellence from requirement to implementation stages. Empowering stakeholders to embrace change, I am proficient at influencing diverse populations to secure buy-in, uniting teams and securing effective implementations. Integral to the team at GSK, I work effectively alongside managers to increase team productivity and enhance the delivery of ServiceNow HRSD services.⇛ Dual Qualified Human Resources & Information Technology Professional ⇛Demonstrating a unique hybrid skill set, I have degree level qualifications in both Information Technology and Human Resources Management. I leverage my specialised understanding of infrastructure, programs, processes, systems and functions to inform requirements and provide solutions. My skill set includes ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Agile HR, Lean Sigma and Workday HCM. I also have a background in HR consulting and excel in devising personalised solutions to even the most complex of scenarios.
