Drive cross functional teams & partners to ensure civil infra, utility & media readiness.3. Vendor governance and control: OEMs/ PBOT partners – Ericsson / Nokia / Samsung4. Responsible for various Pilot projects for new products / 5G & 4G solutions. Key Achievements:1. Rolled out Air Fiber 20K, gNB 41K+, Triband eNB 72K+, Enhanced Small Cells (ESC) 10K+, Outdoor Small Cells (ODSC) 10K+, IBS 2K+ consisting of IDSC 50K+, Bi Sector solutions 47K+. Successfully completed 4G Evolved Packed Core deployment at Mumbai, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Bhopal & Jaipur. Orchestrated multiple pilot projects for E2E validation of 4G & 5G network.4. Established inhouse teams to speed up project roll out & reduce OEM dependencies.
