Ensure to get booking on planned vessel and checking all parameters of prior to loading like container\'s condition and inspecting trailer’s stacking locks.4. Submission of empty container’s photos to shipping line to avoid container damage charges at destination. 5.Preparation of shipping documents under MOOWR scheme 6. Operational activities like inspecting lashing & chocking as per standard shipping norms, Survey of containers and E sealing. completing documentation like E-way Bill, E seal on iTEK portal,shipping instruction, VGM,Survey Report and complete photos of container loading to Forwarder & CHA. 8.Tracking of vehicle and customs clearance as well as monitoring port permission and Form 139.After on board confirmation, getting copy of bills of lading from Freight Forwarder and submission of documentation to consignee.
