Problem-solving, capacity building and transformative change management characterize my diversified leadership experience in the Indian Army, in areas such as strategic operations, administration, HR, security planning and risk management.I focus on defining shared goals and the vision, propelling high-level solutions for sustainable and future-ready growth across large organizations, and providing motivational leadership to team members.Among my strengths is an in-depth understanding of geo-strategy and geopolitics, enabling analysis of political risk and security threats, and planning for both prevention and protection.Amid the clashes at the India-China border in 2020, and under strict COVID-19 constraints, I coordinated with cross-functional resources and key stakeholders to drive the world’s largest logistics operation as a crisis response in the remote, high-altitude region. I established consensus among multiple agencies and led measures for policy reform and process re-engineering to optimize the budget, the supply chain network, and joint logistics initiatives, leveraging both foreign and domestic relationships for maximum impact.My skills in people management and insights into the complexities of diplomatic, military and government relations are both extensive and practical, enabling innovative and effective strategies to meet challenges.I am open to suitable job opportunities.
