   Corporate travel is a $1.4T global market still powered by fragmented supply, manual approvals, opaque margins, and post-booking expense controls.AirBooking is rebuilding it as governed, AI-assisted enterprise infrastructure.We integrate NDC 21.3, GDS, hotels, and ancillary services into a normalized, supplier-agnostic marketplace where every offer is structured and evaluated in real time.Before a traveler can book, deterministic engines assess each option against corporate policy rules, budget limits, margin governance logic, carbon exposure, credit controls, and risk signals.Every fare is classified as In Policy and Requires Approval. On top of this governance layer, we deploy a policy-aware AI Avatar. The Avatar does not calculate price, ranking, margin, or carbon. Those functions remain rule-based and auditable.The Avatar reads structured outputs from governance engines and applies a secure employee preference vector that includes cabin bias, seat preference, departure time windows, flexibility tolerance, loyalty identifiers, and recent booking behavior.It explains trade-offs clearly and guides travelers toward compliant, cost-efficient, and lower-carbon options. This creates personalization inside governance boundaries.Enterprises gain higher in-policy booking ratios, fewer approval escalations, and measurable ESG alignment along with structured travel intelligence — including savings analytics, demand pattern visibility, supplier performance benchmarking, and predictive forecasting to strengthen airline negotiations.TMCs gain structured margin and credit governance with multi-tenant scalability.
