PCB Layout Designing individually also managing multiple boards with a team using Cadence –Allegro PCB Design Expert and Layout Plus. Worked on boards with up to 112G/56G/25G/15G/10G/5G/3G/1G data speeds, Back drill from TOP and BOTTOM, Back drill from Middle layers to TOP and BOTTOM, Via-in-Pad, blind and buried via technologies, layers up to 54 Layers. Power module placement and routing re-use using Circuitspace Software. I have worked on nearly 50+ juniper layouts which includes Juniper MX, EX-8200, SRX, PTX-3K, and PTX-1K products. I have worked on different types of Juniper PCB Boards called FPCs (Flexible PIC Concentrator), SIBs (Switching Interface Board) and BP (Backplanes), Modular Port Concentrators (MPCs) PICs (Physical Interface Cards), Modular Interface Cards (MICs), Fan Trays, and Backplane strip adapter.

   Worked on very complex PCB designs up to 54 Layers from Placement to Gerber by Cadence Allegro- Worked on High speed boards with 1G, 5G,10G, 15G, 25G, 56G, 112G speeds also high current power circuits- Worked for Juniper Switches, Security Products, Core and Edge Routers- Worked on Boards like SIBs, Line Cards(FPC and MPC), Back Planes, Fan Tray, PICs, MICs and Test Boards- Design technologies like DFX and VIP, Sequential lamination, Arc routing, blind-buried and laser via- Back drill from both Top and Bottom Layer also from middle layer to outer layers of the board- Length matching including package delay- Worked with other cross functional teams like SI, MECHANICAL, EMI-EMC, DFA-DFM-DFT, THERMAL, SAFETY, POWER and implementing their feed backs- Experience on power JRD(Juniper reference Design) Block level placement using Circuit-space
