Job duties: • Processing the complete end to end H1B petition drafting and LCA preparation in DOL and maintaining data with the high quality. • Assisting both the development team and RPA team on data collection for investigations, including organizing the data upload process and ensuring all data is uploaded on time. • Working closely with Technology QA and Development teams to improve task and form automation. • Providing support to attorneys in the form of legal research, drafting communications and preparing legal documents with minimal direction. • PERM / I -140 Perm Audits. • Handling RFE\'s
