My Job responsibility as per below -Having Sanction Authority up to 25 lacs and recomending up to 150 lacs.Application Scrutiny:Check documents like ITR, bank statements, CIBIL, property papers.2. Personal Discussion (PD):Call or meet the customer to understand income, business setup, and repayment capacity.3. CIBIL & Banking Analysis:Identify past defaults, repayment history, and current EMI burden.4. Income Assessment:Estimate real income - whether it\'s salaried or self-employed (with or without documents).5. Legal & Technical Report Review:Go through property valuation, title report, and highlight any risks.6. Write Credit Note / Recommendation:Summarise findings and clearly mention why the case is eligible or not.7. Coordination:Work with Sales, Legal, Technical, and Operations for smooth processing.8. Portfolio & Risk Monitoring:Review disbursed cases, watch repayment trends, and highlight risky segments.9. 4\' C of underwriting-Credit, Capacity,Capital, collateral and Condition.
