I am an author of four books on Services Marketing, Marketing Research, International Marketing and Brand Management (co-authored with Bhagyalakshmi Venkatesh). Recently, I co-edited a book titled Digital Marketing Cases From India. My experience includes teaching, training, consulting and research in marketing. My goal is to contribute to management thought and action, and to mentor faculty and students. I blog regularly, at Madhosh Kiye Jaa.
