SVP & Head - FIG West India Client Services (2015 – Present) Vice President (Jun 06- 2015)• Spearheading western India FI client servicing team and provide sector expertise to clients & internal teams pan India, developed a specialized servicing proposition for FI clients, setting up & managing Pune client servicing team for MNC and local Corporate and FI clients gaining business growth during 2006 -10.• Responsible for revenue for all client groups across all FI segments including banks, insurance, mutual funds, NBFCs, financial BPOs, brokers, custodians & market intermediaries such as Clearing Corporations, Onboarded maiden sub-clearing client for bank.• Established dedicated corporate term deposit desk which streamlined the process and enabled end to end service being a single point interface between bank’s balance sheet management team and corporate and institutional customers.• Led the first to market EFDR proposition of the bank for India leading to a paradigm shift in collateral management of clearing corporation of the stock exchange.• Led the first to market ENACH proposition of the bank for India leading to a paradigm shift in the mutual fund investment by retail investors in their Mutual Fund Investment.• Member of core team managing key regulatory-led rollouts, viz CTS go-live, NGRTGS, E-TAX payments and feedback to product team based on changes in market and regulatory environment.• Designed a comprehensive performance monitoring tool for service managers pan India-currently used to calibrate and monitor performance of the entire team, Core member in rollout of strategic projects including receivables management solution, query management tool, revenue management platform.• Engage with key stakeholders outside of cash management team involving interaction with key regulators including the Reserve Bank of India, coordinating internal and group audit for the business.
