I am Rajendra Kumar Jatav, a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from the esteemed Samrat Ashok Technological Institute (SATI) in Vidisha, India, in 2007. Alongside my degree, I hold certifications as a Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Professional.With over 17 years of dedicated experience in basic and detailed design engineering of large hydro generators, as well as refurbished generators and motor design engineering, I have contributed significantly to the power sector, heavy equipment manufacturing, and renewable energy industries. My expertise extends to technical project management and bridging gaps between various departments.A particular area of strength lies in my proficiency in re-engineering for refurbished projects and devising innovative solutions for the problems in existing generators. This expertise has been instrumental in revitalizing aging equipment, optimizing performance, and extending operational lifespans.In refurbishment projects, I relish the challenge of rejuvenating outdated machinery, leveraging my knowledge to enhance efficiency and reliability while minimizing downtime.
