With over 25+ years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a quality leader and innovator who drives quality excellence and innovation at HELLA, a global supplier of lighting and electronics solutions. As the Head of Quality Development & Systems India, I lead the quality management teams across three technical centres, ensuring the highest standards of quality for the electronics plants and development locations in India.My core competencies include process improvement, quality management, six sigma, and product integration. I have successfully managed eight zero defect product launches for Indian OEMs, driven automotive SPICE CL3 for multiple global projects, reduced the cost of poor quality and material cost significantly, and received awards and recognition from various customers. I am passionate about building teams and delivering capabilities across functions in a changing environment. I am also a certified process auditor as per VDA 6.3 and a quality systems auditor as per IATF 16949.
