I have worked in Germany as Product Expert for Engine components working with major European customers.I have experience in all stages of the NPI cycle from Idea generation, Scoping, Design, Predictive analysis, Prototype build, Testing, Reliability, Freezing the design to building the final product ensuring quality of the Design. I have expertise in Cost out & Platform projects without compromising on the quality of products & have saved Millions of dollars for Home Appliances customer in last 10+ years. Per latest paperless manufacturing initiative from customer, I carry extensive experience in new age Digital Product Qualification & Validation methodologies using tools such as PolyWorks, MBDVidia & 3DCS.
