At Atishay Limited, I serve as a Database Management Executive where I work on automating business workflows, managing critical data, and building tools that save time and improve reporting accuracy for various departments. My role involves translating manual processes into streamlined digital systems using tools like Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Excel VBA.I’ve created end-to-end internal systems that handle HR operations such as leave requests, attendance logs, salary tracking, payroll processing, and full HRMS lifecycle workflows. I’ve also built real-time dashboards in Google Looker Studio and Power BI that help the leadership team track performance at a glance.In addition to HR-related systems, I’ve worked closely with Sales, Admin, and Finance departments to automate MIS reports, document generation, and task reminders.
