I am RAJENDIRA BABU V.B- Civil engineer having 34 + years professional Construction experience in Major Road Structures, Water Supply projects, Thermal power projects, Hydro power projects, Bulk material handling, IOC-Cross country Oil pipe line project & Construction of ESIC hospital buildings. I have handled and successfully completed –EPC -6 projects independently from the Value of 500 Crores to 1200 Crores. Summary of My Professional Skills: 1. Planning, Budgeting & Organizing for each project execution, which is in line with Customer requirement and Organization Goal 2. Timely completion of the project within approved budget by Implementing Cost Reduction Strategy. Monitoring the Project progress by conducting Review meeting 4. Achieving billing schedule as per projection & billing plan and also line with Company annual target. Ensuring the Supply of material as per billing schedule to site within the specified project schedule. Maintaining positive cash flow throughout project cycle by taking preventive measures. Resolving all technical issues in time which results in the clearance of all outstanding payments without any delay. Timely sorting out of issues by professional communication both internal & external customers. Good Co-ordination with Clients / Consultant and resolving clearance of work front and Clients bill payment. Timely resolving all issues of local bodies / state/ central government by professional Liasoning. Maintaining good co-ordination and relations all time with central offices & specialized agencies 12. Closure of each projects with entire satisfaction of Clients / Customer without any outstanding.
