Analyze trends and derive analysis on future forecasts for the portfolio.• Maintaining a close eye on movement of different domains in terms of Headcount, New tagging, Utilization, and offshore-onsite leverage, converting resource from non-billable to billable in project.• Report creation and Data analysis.(Bench Forecast; Resource Availability; Bench Aging Analysis, Utilization Dashboard, Productivity measurement, Requirement Analysis Report, Skill Based Ramp down Report)• Monitoring bench resources on daily basis for effective bench management and utilization, thus reducing bench age and bench cost to the organization, Replacement and Rotation plan of resources from India to across LOBS within Organization• Keeping track for the Demand Vs Supply, release dates, extension dates of employees, time sheets (Bench resources), tenure in the project, onsite/ offshore, employee details (skill, level, grade, location) each Delivery unit.
