Understanding of the Local Transfer pricing regulations in multiple countries across the globe along with the understanding of OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (MNE’s). • Identify the nature and value of international and domestic transactions of multinational corporations to determine the implications and applicability of statutory compliance requirements in accordance with Local Statutory TP Regulations/OECD Guidelines.• Going through the detailed functional interview notes prepared by KPMG Local Offices to analyze and develop understandings of transfer pricing risks including translating the interviews into functional analysis write-ups and characterizing tested parties. • Review and finalisation of TP Documentation Reports of 40+ Asia-Pacific, MENA, EMEA and Latin America nations of US based Global Accounts of KPMG US, as per the Local Statutory TP Regulations/OECD Guidelines which primarily includes preparing TP Study reports, reflecting functional, asset and risk analysis, supplemented by company analysis, industry analysis and economic analysis, and PLI computations of the Client/Tested Party(s).• Co-ordinating with KPMG US and various KPMG Local Teams for getting the documentation report reviewed by and addressing their review comments, sharing the draft report with client for their review and finalizing the documentation report post addressing the client review comments. • Participating in firm wide training sessions on complex transfer pricing issues and leveraging and sharing client specific experiential insights.• Managing a team comprising of Analysts, Executives, Tax Senior and Assistant Managers including project management and deliverables management.
