I am a strategically minded senior managerial professional with an exemplary track-record of working within leadership teams to embed change programs and initiatives in process, technology and people domains for major private/public sector enterprises across the UK, Europe, USA, India and Mauritius. Key capabilities and achievements include: Building strategies, teams and leading go-to-market campaigns to assist client teams in implementing leading practices and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse sustainability areas including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). In addition to assisting a growing number of complex businesses with their sustainability journeys, I am currently working collaboratively with a global technology company to develop joint go-to-market solutions to enable energy innovation, emission abatements and accelerate the transition to low-carbon energy. Leading workforce initiatives like development programs, culture / behavioral assessments, recruitment and retention strategy development, and internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement. Developing and embedding organisation-wide risk management frameworks including risk horizon scanning, risks assessments, establishing risk appetites and risk mitigation techniques. Providing post-disaster emergency and crisis management including first response, resource prioritisations, coordination with independent and federal / state emergency management agencies, and providing logistical support to frontline emergency response teams. Setting up and leading the delivery of large, complex multi-year internal audit co-source contracts with large public and private sector organisations like Network Rail, High Speed Two, Capita and Pay.UK. Leading key workstreams in organisation-wide transformation programs to deliver cost efficiencies by driving cultural change, optimising processes, implementing alternate delivery mechanisms, and introducing use of robotics, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
