IoT Global Contract Manager is the owner of the IoT service delivery processes within IoT Global contracts. The IOT GC manager is responsible for implementing and executing the agreed contracts within the IoT business. This extends from driving or facilitating the creation of the customer contracts per company specifications, set up the delivery of those contracts in close alignment with the global IOT Service Delivery Manager and be held accountable for the contract execution according to the Integrated Business Case (IBC) for this contract. Together with the global IOT Service delivery manager of IoT Services his/her responsibilities include the implementation of the IoT Service Framework within the context of customer contract.
