Brief Job Responsibilities :Contributing as face for HR & Administration, handling a total strength of around 700 manpower across multiple organisation with 04 team members- Responsible for developing the organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to the organisation- Lead end-to-end HR management, developing and execute the overall HR strategy for an organisation, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources functions like recruitment, talent management, employee relation, training & development, compensation & benefits and ensuring compliances as per labor laws, legal cases, while aligning HR initiatives with the company\'s strategic goals and advising senior leadership on workforce matters; essentially acting as a strategic partner to the business by managing the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive work culture- Manage the administrative operations of the corporate office along with sites, ensuring smooth day-to- day functioning by managing facilities, logistics and administrative staff, all aligning with company strategy and policies- Developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals, including organization developments, performance management and succession planning.
