I am an accomplished legal professional with demonstrated expertise in cyber law, corporate law, data privacy, and intellectual property. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of advising and shaping legal strategies for prominent public and private sector institutions, including Microsoft India, Archies Limited, the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C, Ministry of Home Affairs), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the National Biodiversity Authority, and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.My core competencies encompass intellectual property rights, information technology and cyber laws, data protection frameworks, biodiversity and environmental regulations, commercial and property law, as well as consumer protection. I have consistently delivered strategic, solution-oriented counsel in complex regulatory and litigation matters.As a WIPO-certified intellectual property professional, I was honored to present my research on “3-Dimensional Security in Cloud Computing” at the IACSIT Conference in Singapore (2011).
