ABOUT RAJEEV RADHAKRISHNAN

I am a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional from Kerala, India, with nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare sector. I began my nursing career in 2006 after completing my studies in Bangalore, India. Over the years, I have worked across various clinical settings and roles, steadily progressing in my career from Staff Nurse to Charge Nurse and currently serving as a Clinical Nurse Manager.From 2006 to 2015, I worked in several reputable hospitals in Bangalore in various roles including Staff Nurse, Emergency Coordinator, and Charge Nurse. From 2015 to 2023, I served as a Charge Nurse at Evercare Hospital (formerly Apollo Hospital), Dhaka, Bangladesh, gaining valuable experience in high-acuity settings.Since moving to Ireland, I have been working as a CNM at the Blarney Rehabilitation Unit, Mowlam Healthcare. My international experience has greatly enhanced my clinical skills, leadership abilities, and adaptability within diverse healthcare systems.I have completed the QQI Level 6 Leadership course in Ireland and am currently pursuing the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) for Nurses in Long-Term Residential Care program. I am committed to lifelong learning and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care, while promoting teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in healthcare environments.
