Conceptualize and execute the sustained campaigns for all existing projects under Sumadhuragroup Residential and Commercial. collaborate with external agencies for new project launch campaigns, and creative executions in the form of OOH, paper ads, opportunity documents, brochures, standees, social media banner posts, and other formats. Apart from the campaign, I was involved in other ad hoc jobs like festival promotional creatives, stall designs for expos, corporate profiles, Brand guidelines, site branding, and office branding, and involved in a brand revamp campaign also, good control of video editing. Handle multiple projects and corporate requirements simultaneously.I lead a team of three members, delegating tasks, soliciting creative feedback, assisting the team in choosing the most appropriate image layout, and fonts, ensuring that all creatives are of high standard and under the brand guidelines, presenting the route designs to the respective brand managers and Marketing Manager, and ensuring that the design releases are met by the deadline.Software used : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustartor & After effect & Premier Pro.
