Currently working as Associate manager (manufacturing) on downstream purification of recombinants proteins such as PEG-GCSF (bulk) and rhGCSF (bulk). My current role in manufacturing is handling all operations and equipments in downstream manufacturing, ensuring batch planning, trouble shooting during batch, shift planning, man power management as per work requirement, handling all types of QMS activities such as OOS/OOT, deviations, change controls, revision of batch related documents, preparation of protocols and reports and providing training to new employees.Previously worked in zydus lifesciences from Dec 2019- Dec 2022.
