Responsibilities- Architect and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions, delivering High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) aligned with strategic business and technology roadmaps- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Azure (DevOps, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Security), supporting IT Ops and Dev teams with solution design, implementation, and administration- Serve as SME and Chair of the Technical Decision/Design Authority (TDA), ensuring governance, assurance, and technical standards across projects, tenders, and change requests- Guide cross-functional teams (Procurement, PMO, BAs) to establish architectural standards, enforce compliance, and mitigate risk- Facilitate TOGAF-aligned architecture governance, guiding cross-functional teams including Procurement, PMO, and Business Analysts to maintain compliance and reduce delivery risk- Lead R&D, POCs and prototyping to evaluate emerging technologies, drive digitisation, and modernise legacy platforms- Act as a strategic bridge between IT Ops, IT Dev, and BA teams, supporting senior IT leadership with architectural oversightAchievements- Implemented Azure Key Vault, strengthening cloud security and resource access control- Modernised testing frameworks using Moq, Unity DI, ReSharper, and Slow-Cheetah, improving development efficiency- Authored non-technical HLD documentation, improving business transparency and stakeholder understanding of system architecture- Replaced legacy data warehouse with cloud-native (Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Service Bus, etc) architecture processing ~1B Dynamics 365 CE records and enabling advanced point-in-time reporting- Enhanced UAT and governance processes, reducing decision time by ≈50% and release delays from 4 months to 6 weeks- Migrated SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, improving accessibility and compliance- Spearheaded organisation-wide Agile transformation, establishing SAFe delivery practices and embedding iterative delivery culture
