With 28 years of extensive experience, I bring deep expertise in leading Delivery, Strategy and Operations across multiple business units, managing large customer engagements, and spanning diverse industry segments. I have led portfolios with large team sizes.Currently, I serve as the Global Delivery Head for Microsoft Business Applications at TCS, a role I have held since 2020. I lead global delivery for clients worldwide, focusing on Microsoft Business Applications, including the AI-driven Dynamics suite - Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Services, and Power Platform. I hold end-to-end P&L responsibility for the practice, driving revenue, margin, and building teams, while ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.Previously, I led delivery for the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH) unit for the Australia region. In this role, I built teams and spearheaded delivery for multiple clients involving large-scale programs across cloud transformations, legacy modernization, ERP transformations and core applications support and development.Over the course of my career in the IT industry, I have built a strong understanding of how technology can drive and shape business outcomes. My responsibilities have covered a broad spectrum, including delivery governance, operations, business planning, strategy, talent development, pre-sales, revenue growth, contract and commercial management, customer success, and people leadership.I began my career with TCS and progressed from a Java/J2EE developer to a technology lead, eventually transitioning into core delivery, with a delivery footprint spanning multiple technology and service lines, across global geographies, including long-term assignments in the US and Singapore. Today, I lead the global delivery for Microsoft Business Applications at TCS.
