Conduct RCA for equipment failures / Incidents-Responsible for effective planning, vendor mobility for effective & timely execution of project scope in order to minimize man-hours to beat the schedule-Responsible for availability, reliability and proper working condition of plant in order to minimize equipment downtime and standardization of work procedures -Ensuring work is carried out adhering PTW system, maintaining quality & compliance standard-Well proficient in managing the project pressure for completion the activities as per project schedule without compromising safety & impacting the budget. Active Participation in preparation and updating schedule-Extensive experience in the field HV/LV power generation, PMS, Installation, commissioning of Switch-gears, STG/GTG\'s, VFD’s, Transformers and MCC\'s-Monitor the performance of electrical equipment and systems in order to optimize plant operations and meet management objectives for safe & efficient operations
