Metro Infrasys Market leader is Tolling Solutions for Highways in India focusing on Urban ITS like Traffic Enforcement, Adaptive Traffic Control System, Parking Management System, Bus ITMS etc. and Highway Traffic Management System. As a business head I was involved in defining strategy for the business line to firmly establish Metro Infrasys in Urban ITS and HTMS.Major Achievements – 1. Defined Strategy and Business plan for Urban ITS business.2. Created Ecosystem to bid for projects in the area of Urban ITS.3. Strategic partnership with IBM for Intelligent Operation Center (IOC). We already completed the 1st HTMS Project in India on IOC at Kadappa – Kurnool 180 KM Highway, 2nd project is underway for Bangalore Airport Road.4. C-DAC created world class Traffic Management Solution and Government of India Transferred the technology to Metro for same.5. Successful installation of Red Light Violation Detection system POC for Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation. Technical Solution and Vendor Management
