Overseeing operation of 2 CPP lines (5.3 m and 7.2 m Reifenhauser) with capacity of MT/month and Metallizer 4.8 m Bobst) with capacity of 1200 MT/month.• Handling of different functional teams on shop floor process, engineering, quality, packing & dispatch while maintaining synergy between them.• Ensuring plant operation proceeds as per systems and production plan along with maintaining OEE.• Coordination with sales and marketing team for production schedule with timely delivery of finished products.• Development of new product as per market requirement by trials and recipe modification.• BOM calculation and costing of existing and new products.• Material management by deep understanding of material characteristics while maintaining minimum stock on shopfloor along with decision on consumption of old or not moving stock.• Handling of customer complaints with continuous focus on quality improvement – training team on defects, customer centric quality.• Making Opex & Capex, ensuring availability of critical spares & planning of annual shutdown for machine upkeep.• Preparation of MIS, Material Balance sheet and various analysis reports for business head.• BRC compliance of the plant.
