Strong experience in IT and Telecom Hardware sales, distribution, channel management field in India and SAARC region with P&L responsibilities for past 26 years.Currently working with various cutting edge companies in edtech, SaaS, IoT, IT and telecom hardware to offer them GTM via Channel and end customer engagement, sales and marketing team building and partnering with them as an Intellectual Capital investor with my expertise for long term association. Basic principal is guide,build and operate and make business profitable, sustainable with given market share objectives in a reasonable period of time Had a wonderful experience as a founding member and CEO of Avanza, a start-up company in the field of marketing services aggregation. We had prestigious clients like Godrej, Kotak Mutual Fund, and Vivo.Successfully executed my assignment in ASUS as a Channel Director PC and Mobile business group with diverse responsibilities to recruit and develop sales team, channels, establish and execute channel policies along with strong sell out model mindset in sales team for Indian market. Also managed product management with P&L responsibilities for laptop business. This has led to a strong business foundation for ASUS\'s Indian operation and today ASUS is a leading laptop brand in the Indian subcontinent and has strong brand visibility.With more responsibilities as Director Operations-India and Country product manager-Srilanka at ASUS, managed Channel management, Exclusive Store roll out, set up robust business processes in the field of marketing purchase, vendor management, MIS, Sales Analysis, sales operations, HR, Finance, contract manufacturing and logistics for the next level of growth for ASUS with strong business foundation in Indian subcontinent.
