Managing the 12 branches of MP & CG State with 12 Agency Manager & 32 FOS. Handling 2373 cases Pool value across 67Cr of write off cases. Managing Allocation of cases for the entire team & agencies. Allotment of cases, tracking them on monthly calendar feedback basis and proceeding as required. Managing writes off cases of personal loan. Personal follow-up on high TOS customers for their overdue amounts. Handling collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets. Customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT. Coordinate with FCU team, Sales team and Credit underwriting team for portfolio quality management & non contactable & high delinquent cases. Relationship with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow up with critical/complex customers to identifying reasons for defaulting. Representing the organization in front of legal/ statutory bodies as required by the legal team and ensure that the collection team adheres to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force. Execution off of legal cases on debt (Section 138, section 25, arbitration, warrants, summons cases and police complaint). Allocating work to the field executives and ensure that all the agencies in the location perform as per defined ROR target, ensuring payments and audit receipts get deposited within the defined TAT Daily updates from all collection FOS on delinquent portfolio & initiate detailed account level review of high-ticket account. Ensure In house team & Agency team to update quality feedback and trails via Mobile App. Ensuring compliance to all Audit / Regulatory bodies as well as policies and procedures of the company.
