I am a Global Manager/ Associate General Manager with Syngene International, responsible to build, manage and run a support organization for one of our esteemed business partners. In this role, I set the strategic direction for the Syngene GPS IT team to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-centric solutions across critical applications and systems. I drive operational excellence by shaping long-term support strategies, leading process improvements, automation, and migration programs. Partnering with global stakeholders, I ensure alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and care. My focus is on anticipating challenges, enabling resilience, and positioning the organization for sustainable success.Earlier, I was a Manager of Support Engineering at Amazon responsible to lead the support teams supporting Amazon business in Consumer payments and transportation services. I have background working as a Build & Release engineer as well as solid knowledge on DevOps, Information security, and Software Configuration Management.Previously, I worked at Microsoft as a Support Engineering Manager, where I drove and strategized initiatives towards managing teams across six technology verticals, including Azure VM, PaaS, WebApp, Identity, and Kubernetes Services. I acted as a Regional Lead for new customer adoption and lifecycle management, ensuring customer success by planning support readiness, coverage, technology consumption, and stakeholder management. I also worked closely with Pre-sales and Account Managers to define key KPIs for our diverse customer base. I am passionate about delivering quality deliverables and maintaining strong relationships with client-facing groups, business heads, account managers, and different stakeholders. I also initiate new technology and cost-saving methodologies to meet the challenges boldly, and empower my team members with day-to-day work for making a solid redundancy. I have worked on cross-functional business projects as and when required, and have secondary skills in Infrastructure Management, ISMS, Vendor and Contract Management, and Project Management.
