I have been involved in the design and development of pellet extrusion–based 3D printing systems, including both a tabletop prototype and a large-format pellet 3D printer.My responsibilities include-Conceptualization, design, and development of pellet extrusion 3D printers-Optimization of process parameters to achieve defect-free and dimensionally accurate printed parts-Evaluation of print quality, material flow, and structural integrity using mechanical and thermal characterization techniques-Conducting research on process–structure–property relationships to enhance performance and sustainability.These efforts contribute to developing low-cost, sustainable additive manufacturing solutions for polymer and recycled material processing to support the circular economy.
