I am responsible for leading teams for the Platform Workflow Engine, Tenant (Customer) Management System, Quality engineering group and Performance Engineering group. My engineering team size is about 40+ engineers including managers / senior managers- The workflow engine is capable of handling millions of transactions to support high velocity sales events of our customers- Achieved 100% new code development in all my teams via Claude Code. We successfully developed structured Claude context files to increase engineering productivity many folds - My team established the performance benchmark numbers for top 500 most used APIs and developed a performance testing platform which automated the entire performance testing process including spawning of instances for both application deployment (EKS based) as well as client simulation using JMeter, again in a dynamic EKS environment
