As a Treat Team Member at Rita’s, I served a variety of frozen treats with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. I took customer orders, prepared treats accurately and efficiently, and handled transactions by operating the cash register and balancing it at the end of shifts. In addition, I assisted with inventory management and took part in production planning by calculating and preparing the appropriate amount of ice and ingredients based on expected demand. I also maintained cleanliness and organization of the work area while fostering a friendly, energetic, and welcoming environment to ensure a delightful customer experience.
