The Capacity Building on Design and Entrepreneurship (CBDE) program, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is designed to empower higher educational institutions (HEIs) to cultivate the next generation of technology leaders and entrepreneurs.As a mentor, I engage with both faculty and student teams, leading insightful discussions on design thinking and entrepreneurship while providing step-by-step guidance to scale their ideas into impactful solutions. Working alongside universities and industry partners, I also contribute to action-driven pedagogical reforms that foster hands-on learning, reflective practices, and immersive experiences.This role allows me to play an active part in shaping India’s innovation ecosystem and nurturing a new wave of innovators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers at some of the nation’s leading technical institutions.
