I have worked in Retail industry - firstly setting up stores and warehouses for Spar and French retailer Carrefour in India. I have worked with one of major Indian e commerce player, Snapdeal, and set up their SD+ operations (seller owned inventory model) from scratch and then managed their end to end operations along with P&L responsibility. Currently I am working with worlds No 1 e commerce player, Amazon for their Global operationsI have worked in Market research, catchment analysis, IT roadmap - implementation, roll out and support. I have set up the supply chain network both for upstream and downsteam logistics. Handled critical projects like commodity packing house, fruits & veg consolidation centre. Analytics team - data mining, patterns, trends and Demand Forecasting. I have worked in the space of omnichannel, ecommerce, seller engagement and customer order fulfillment
