ABOUT RAJBIR S.

Over the last 5+ years, I have been working in the waste management\' eco-system and as a co-founder of the start-up \"EarthRon Management Services\" promoting digitalization, CE and sustainability of waste management process. EarthRon\'s mission is to enable Biomedical waste management companies, NGOs and urban bodies to achieve impactful goals in waste management and recycling using technology and digitalization. Collaborate with CSR funders for achieving defined goals through field interventions in Rural and urban areas with a vision to achieve sustainability, generate livelihoods, improve circular economy, and help reduce GHG emissions through efficient practices in waste management. Prior to the current endeavor, I worked in the corporate world for over 28 years in the leading companies of the world in the field of Satellite communications and networks for Mobile communications.I have had an opportunity to work in leadership and managerial positions with cross-functional teams, in a global environment, and in leading technology companies, namely Nokia Networks, Nokia Siemens Networks, Hughes Communications, in the business of providing solutions to banking, energy & power, oil & gas, telecom services providers, agriculture, retail, defense, social and education sectors, and government sectors.The functional areas of my expertise are management operations, stakeholder management, program management, transformation, innovation management, client engagement, and account management.
