My work focuses on transforming global security capabilities in alignment with evolving standards such as NIST’s post-quantum cryptography (PQC) guidelines. Key achievements include: Cryptographic Modernization: Delivered a 5-year PQC roadmap through the Q.U.A.N.T. framework, positioning Manulife for quantum-safe automation by 2027. Automation at Scale: Designed and implemented end-to-end certificate lifecycle automation for 5,500+ public certificates, achieving a 78% migration rate and >99% availability. Operational Excellence: Led zero-downtime PKI migration of certificates across global AD domains and reduced certificate expiry incidents by 90% through cross-platform integrations with Sectigo, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, F5, Citrix, and Akamai. Enterprise Enablement: Developed and led global encryption and data security training through Manulife University, mentoring engineers across multiple regions and being recognized by senior executives and the CISO for strategic leadership.
