I am a Project Engineer working as an Implementation Manager at vConstruct Private Limited, a digital construction company that leverages technology to optimize project processes and outcomes. In this role, I have successfully led the implementation of monday.com, a cloud-based project management platform, for 60+ workgroups and 1250 users across DPR Construction, one of our key clients. I have also managed DPR\'s project portfolio on monday.com and designed Power BI Dashboards for the leadership team, streamlining project management and enabling data-driven decisions. Additionally, I have served as the technology owner for monday.com, developing and implementing best practices, resolving issues, conducting training sessions, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.Prior to joining vConstruct, I graduated from Pandit Deendayal Energy University with a degree in Civil Engineering, where I was also the Publicity Advisor for Jharokha, the literature club of the university. I have also completed a General Management Program at Stoa. This program has equipped me with valuable insights into business strategies, customer journeys, and business operations.I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, with a strong interest in data analytics and a desire to transition into a Business Analyst role. I am always looking to learn and grow, and I am passionate about leveraging technology and management strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business success.
