Seasoned product leader specializing in building intelligent, scalable eCommerce and enterprise products by leveraging AI, ML, and structured data. As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, I launched high-precision ML-based system to predict & stop high-risk sellers, developed Agentic AI workflows to automate seller verification, seller support, and launched the enterprise-wide GST Suvidha Provider platform to securely connect with the government’s GST system. This involved establishing critical data pipelines, defining data governance, managing security audits, and integrating with national-level systems to enable core eCommerce functionalities. Previously, as Global Product Head at TCS, I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI product from roadmap to execution, launch, sales and product support, leading a cross-functional team of engineers and consultants generating over $10M/yr in revenue. My leadership foundation was built at the Tata Administrative Services, where I managed strategy, business development, and technology initiatives across Tata Group companies. Driven by a passion for teaching, I am an adjunct faculty @ IIM Trichy teaching Responsible AI. I also often deliver guest lectures and workshops on AI, Product management, Design thinking in industry and academia. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am passionate about the arts, trekking, animal welfare, public speaking, and traveling.
