Conducting auditions and assist the director by inviting models and artists for audition by calls, emails, etc. Analyzing the audition footage and shortlist the final cast and give suggestions for improvement for those who are not selected. Managing the models/artists from start to end for various other auditions that are conducted. Celebrity Management Pitching to various celebrities for interviews, bytes that were exclusive for the company. Organizing/Managing on-ground events such as Fashion shows, Auditions.
