I am a distinguished senior professional with over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. I have been in leadership roles in Sales and Customer Care, driving the transformation journey to enhance customer experience through large, motivated teams. I hold vast experience in strategizing and executing various business models which focus on customer experience, dealer development and capability building. Having worked with two large automotive corporates, Eicher and Mahindra, I help young leaders to up skill to become next gen leadersCurrently, I lead the India Operations for Leadership et` Humanite`(LEH) LLC which is developing leaders who lead with humanity, therefore creating a sustained impact on themselves, people around them and businesses they lead. We also aim to help them enhance their own value for the businesses they represent. LEH provides personalized leadership interventions.
