Online Banking - Engaged in delivering SBER Bank Internet Banking platform for features like digital payments, role based access model, bulk payment transfers requests etc- Coordinate the migration of legacy banking systems to modern digital platforms, reducing operational costs and improving user satisfaction- Implement additional functionality in Internet banking to reduce manual operations of the Branch- Assist to provide training sessions to staff for new internet banking features2. Customer Onboarding - Engaged in online and offline onboarding process optimization and digitalization of the customer- Streamline customer onboarding, reduce account opening turnaround time while ensuring compliance with banking regulations- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure KYC/AML requirements are embedded in onboarding workflows
