As a Director for expansion and strategy with over 13 years of experience in banking, mobility, and startups, I have a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in fast-paced, dynamic environments. My career journey started in 2011 as an Analyst in the Private Equity Team at Northern Trust, where I quickly progressed to become a Senior Analyst in Cash Operations. In 2016, I joined Wickedride as a Manager for Aggregation, where I built a team with a fleet of 250 bikes, making it the largest team in the world to have such a big fleet of superbikes. I then went on to launch Metro Bikes in 2017, starting with 25 scooters across 5 metro stations and growing the business to scooters in the next 3 years. In 2018, I launched Project Kirana and expanded Metro Bikes PAN India by partnering with Kirana store owners to establish pick-up and drop-off locations. The following year, I worked on EV scooter rentals and successfully transitioned from petrol scooters to EV scooters profitably. In 2021, I oversaw the sale of scooters due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was promoted to Associate Director. In 2022, Bounce acquired 22 motors, and I was the National Head for Sales and Dealer Development for the company, where we manufactured, rented, and serviced our own scooters with swapable batteries.
