ABOUT RAJAT SHUKLA

Hi Reader!My name is Rajat Shukla, and I currently serve as a Proposal Specialist in the Pre-Sales and Sales domain at HCLTech. With over four years of experience in the IT industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse domains, gaining a well-rounded perspective on technology and business operations.Academically, I hold an MBA from Symbiosis International University and a B.Tech from SRM University, Chennai.I began my professional journey in 2019 as a SharePoint Developer at CGI Global, one of the world’s leading multinational corporations. There, I supported Shell, a major energy provider, through the IM Support Services project, assisting clients across Europe, the U.S, and China. I later contributed to a workflow migration project, transitioning legacy SharePoint 2010 workflows to modern SharePoint Online flows.In 2021, I joined Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in M365 technologies. Leading a team of six specialists, I managed technical challenges related to OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure for our client E.ON Europe, a prominent player in the energy sector.That same year, I also worked with BDO India LLP, one of the largest global accounting firms. My role focused on automating manual processes using Power Automate workflows and developing web parts for internal portals—initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency.Driven by a passion for client engagement and strategic solutions, I am eager to continue my career in the Pre-Sales and Sales domain as a consultant.
